Temperature resistance:



The temperature resistance of 55% Al Zn alloy steel plate is better than that of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, which is similar to that of aluminum coated steel plate. Aluminized zinc aluminum alloy steel plate can be used for high temperature natural environment up to 315 ℃.



Reflection:



The steel plate coated with 55% aluminum zinc alloy has a relatively high transmittance, making it a heat-resistant barrier; The thermal transmittance of the aluminized zinc steel plate is almost twice that of the hot-dip galvanized steel plate. Therefore, making roofs and panels without painting can also achieve the practical effect of energy conservation and environmental protection.



Paintability:



Because the zinc layer of the aluminized zinc steel plate has good adhesion with the paint, when it is used as a sign board for general main purposes, it can be painted without preparatory treatment and weathering layer solution; However, the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet must be treated with weathered layer and prepared.



Main uses of aluminum zinc plated steel plate:



According to different wall thickness specifications and models, the scope of application of aluminum zinc plated steel plate includes: distribution box (the thickness is 1.2-2mm); Solar water heater (0.32mm); Anti prying door plate; Side plate of household appliances;



Hot dip galvanizing is generally used for steel strip or steel wire (stranding).
